Meet Our Team
Dean Dally
CEO
Dean Dally is the CEO of Blaine Brothers. He is a second-generation owner, celebrating over 40 years with the company.
Dean has previously held many positions leading up to his current role as CEO, including parts runner, janitor, tow truck driver, shop supervisor, general manager, and President.
Dean currently sits on the Village Bank Board as a member.
Mike Gray
VP of Finance
Mike Gray is the Vice President of Finance at Blaine Brothers, celebrating over 35 years with the company. His area of responsibility includes overseeing financial reporting, cash management, and maintaining banking and financial relationships.
He started his career with Blaine Brothers as a staff accountant and then was promoted to controller before becoming the company’s CFO, and now VP of Finance. Through his experience, Mike has developed an expertise in knowing where the company has come from, as he’s lived the growth of Blaine Brothers and knows what things have made the company successful.
Mike is a graduate of Mankato State University and earned a double bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Within his community, Mike is currently the President of Lord of the Lakes Church in Forest Lake, the Vice President of Center Lakes Association in Lindstrom, and a Member of the Chisago Lakes Lions.
Tim Grabow
President
Tim Grabow is President of Blaine Brothers. His area of responsibility includes direction of the entire company management team, development and management of all internal and external business relationships and sales.
Tim has been in the heavy-duty aftermarket for 25 years. Starting as a shop cleaning person at age 13, he has worked in many repair and engine rebuild positions and holds several engine manufacturing certifications. He joined Blaine Brothers as an engine rebuilder in 2001, became the truck shop manager in 2005, Vice President role in 2012, and now resides as the President for the Family of Companies.
He has also attended and graduated from multiple executive management courses. He is a current member of the Minnesota Trucking Association, the Tri-District Career and College Readiness Board, and HDA Truck Pride.
Susan Gard
VP of Human Resources
Susan Gard is the VP of Human Resources. Her area of responsibility includes recruitment, training, and facilitation.
She has over 25 years of human resources experience working for a range of industries, including manufacturing, animal nutrition, and transportation. Susan joined Blaine Brothers in 2016.
Susan is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where she received a B.B.A in Management and a B.A., in Psychology.
Spencer Dally
General Manager North American Trailer
Spencer Dally is the General Manager of North American Trailer. His main area of responsibility includes overseeing the full operation for North American Trailer. Spencer prides himself in building a solid team.
He has been with the company for over 10 years. Before growing into his position as General Manager, Spencer held a variety of positions including cleaning the office, invoicer, and tank shop supervisor.
Spencer grew up being around the industry his entire life and racing dirt bikes. Spencer has done committee work and helped raise money for St. Jude for many years.
Tucker Dally
General Manager Hydraulic Specialty
Tucker Dally has been with the company since 1997 and currently holds the position of General Manager at Hydraulic Specialty. Tucker’s responsibilities include managing the P&L and driving business development.
He started working as a night truck mechanic at the Blaine location in 2003. Additional roles he’s held at the company include the engine shop, night shift supervisor, day shift supervisor, and truck shop supervisor. In his current role, he is a strong leader in the hydraulic world and understands the importance of growth and results.
Tucker is a graduate of the Universal Technical Institute in Glendale Heights, IL. Tucker holds multiple certifications such as Management and Leadership Training, Multiple Technical Training Certifications from suppliers such as ZF Sachs, Caterpillar, Weller, Cummins, Stemco, Muncie, and more. Tucker currently sits on the board for the Minnesota Trucking Association Annual Conference Committee.
Spike Dally
Account Manager Blaine Brothers
Spike Dally has been with the company for over 20 years. Before holding the title of Account Manager, Spike held a variety of job titles including curb sweeper, weed picker, stock person, parts delivery runner, parts warehouse worker, warehouse manager, and counter sales.
In his current role, he is responsible for ensuring customers get the service they expect. He enjoys helping customers find solutions to their problems and thinking outside the box to get things done.
Spike has been in truck and trailer parts for over 20 years and in 2018 won The Salesman of the Year award.
Warren Roseborough
CFO
Warren Roseborough is the CFO at Blaine Brothers Family of Companies. Warren joined the company as a Controller and maintained that position for several years, before being promoted to CFO. He guides team members to look beyond the math on a page for financial decisions and to incorporate other external and strategic factors when making business decisions.
Warren is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison where he received a Bachelor of Science. Warren went on to attend the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management earning an MBA. Warren previously sat on the Charter Commission for Blaine for 10 years.
Two brothers began with the mission to provide quality service and build quality relationships. Blaine Brothers has since grown and expanded to meet the needs of our clients.
In 2006, the Blaine Brothers Minneapolis location was constructed and moved into a new 58,000 square foot facility located in Blaine, Minnesota. It is accessible from Interstate 35W from either direction. Our team of professionals offer our clients solutions to the variety of challenges they face. With services offered 24/7 and the facility open 24/5, superior customer service is provided around the clock. We have multiple bays for truck and trailer service along with a complete offering of parts. Our Service Technicians have an extensive amount of experience. This location provides basic amenities for those waiting for service to be completed and/or parts order to be filled: Waiting room, wireless Internet, Direct TV, and vending machines, allowing you to attend to your business.
When Blaine Brothers was founded in 1979 we committed to providing quality service to the transportation industry. With changes in the industry and the changing needs of our clients, Blaine Brothers expanded by opening the Cloquet, Minnesota location in 2002.
The Cloquet facility is fifteen minutes from Duluth at the base of the Iron Range and leading into Canada. It is conveniently located off Interstate 35 at Highway 45 (Exit 239). Blaine Brothers Cloquet features a 28,000 square foot building, with multiple bays for truck and trailer service along with a complete offering of quality branded parts.
Blaine Brothers Cloquet offers all the services you trust and depend on at our Minneapolis location, including but not limited to towing, fleet service, mobile service, truck and trailer service, and parts.
NEW CLEARWATER FACILITY OPEN
Blaine Brothers Clearwater, Minnesota location exists to service the growing needs of our clients. Located off Interstate 94 at 750 Heaton Blvd., just minutes from Saint Cloud behind the Clearwater Travel Center, the new location has expanded bays for truck and trailer service along with a parts retail area. The Clearwater location is also home to North American Trailer, another company in the Blaine Brothers group. North American Trailer will be housed in the same building but offer unique services like tank trailer service and new/used trailer sales. Our Clearwater location offers complete truck, trailer, tank service and towing. Our experienced technicians will get you back on the road, fast.
Blaine Brothers TruckAline is located in Blaine, Minnesota. Our technicians are experts in frame, suspension and alignment services. They specialize in full-service truck multiple axle alignment and suspension repair. Other repair services include tie rods, brakes, springs (air/leaf), bushings, ball joints, U-joints, U-bolt bending and even trailer alignments.
Additionally, Blaine Brothers TruckAline has a large inventory of quality branded truck parts. If you have a dump truck, fire truck, semi-tractor, municipal vehicles, trailer, garbage truck, RV, or bus, Blaine Brothers TruckAline will get you back on the road quickly with quality branded parts and service.
Wisconsin has long been part of our strategic plan. That’s why we’re so excited about our newest shop in Baldwin, Wisconsin.
Established in 1996, as Midwest Truck Service, Blaine Brothers Baldwin offers truck service, trailer service, as well as engine repair and diagnostics, wheel balancing, tire repair and replacement, computerized laser alignments, and DOT inspection preparation, all completed to the highest standards for valued customers and the drivers who are getting it done each day.
Blaine Brothers is always focused on serving our partners in the transportation industry as well as possible. Being in more locations helps us accomplish this goal. We look forward to bringing our best into the Baldwin area.

Founded in 1982, North American Trailer offers the same great services as Blaine Brothers with the addition of tank and trailer repair, and new and used trailer sales. North American Trailer has locations in Inver Grove Heights MN, Cloquet MN, Clearwater, MN, and Stanley ND. They offer board-certified “R” stamp tank repair facilities. They also have DOT registered inspectors to take care of all cargo tank testing, along with DOT testing for all your semi-truck & trailer equipment.
