Blaine Brothers has been a proud member of the trucking community for over 45 years, providing the best in trucking parts, service and sales.

1979
The company was started in 1979, doing service calls out of a 1969 Ford pickup.
Two brothers (Fred & Rick Dally) started the business in Blaine, hence the name “Blaine Brothers.”
Rented a shop in Blaine and started doing shop repairs in late 1979.

1980
Our first tow truck. We had a tow body mounted on a truck we obtained when a customer couldn’t pay their bill. The one pictured is an upgraded truck from the original.

1983
Blaine Brothers outgrew the Blaine building and moved to New Brighton.
Fred Dally bought out his brother Rick.

1984
Blaine Brothers leased a larger building in the North Star Industrial Park in Blaine.

1987
Trailmobile Trailers closes their St. Paul branch. We buy the parts inventory and become a parts distributor.

1991
Blaine Brothers purchased the building in the North Star Industrial Park from the bank.

1994
Fred left the day-to-day operations and Dean Dally took over as General Manager.

1996
Blaine Brothers purchased two adjacent lots and expanded its parking area.

1999
Blaine Brothers becomes a Capacity (yard spotter trucks) dealer.

2002
Blaine Brothers built a repair facility in Cloquet Minnesota.
Fruehauf Trailers closed its Saint Paul branch, Blaine Brothers purchased the parts inventory.

2004
Blaine Brothers in Blaine added onto the parts warehouse.

2006
Blaine Brothers moved to their current location, selling the old property to Medtronic.

2007
Dean Dally bought out Fred’s remaining interest to become the sole owner.

2008
Dean Dally purchased a 100% interest in North American Trailer Sales in Inver Grove Heights.

2009
Blaine Brothers added onto the building in Cloquet for North American Trailer.

2012
North American Trailer opened Stanley, ND to service customers in the Bakken Oil Fields.

2013
Blaine Brothers opened Clearwater branch.
Blaine Brothers joins HDA Truck Pride.
Blaine Brothers purchases TruckAline in Blaine.
Dean Dally purchases Hydraulic Specialty, Inc. in Fridley.

2016
The company was named Distributor of the Year in 2016 by Truck Parts & Service magazine.
North American Trailer relocated to their state-of-the-industry facility in Inver Grove Heights, Minn.

Blaine Brothers Clearwater branch breaks ground on their new facility.
Blaine Brothers Inc. acquires Midwest Truck Service in Baldwin, WI.

North American Trailer opens a branch in Chippewa Falls, WI.

North American Trailer celebrates 40-year anniversary.
Blaine Brothers Scanlon celebrates 20-year anniversary.
The Blaine Brothers Family of Companies opens a 25,000 sq ft parts distribution facility in St. Paul, MN.

Blaine Brothers TRUCKALINE relocated to their new state-of-the-industry facility in Columbus, MN.
Blaine Brothers Capacity relocates to their own facility in Blaine, MN (The old TruckAline facility)
Spencer Dally succeeds his father, Dean Dally, to become the new CEO of the Family of Companies.
