[01.13.2026] – The U.S. Department of Labor has recognized the Blaine Brothers Family of Companies as one of the record-breaking 887 recipients of the 2025 HIRE Vets Medallion Award. The Blaine Brothers Family of Companies earned the Platinum award after applying earlier this year.
The Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans (HIRE Vets) Act Medallion Award Program is the only federal award that recognizes employers who demonstrate excellence in recruiting, hiring, and retaining America’s military veterans.

The Blaine Brothers Family of Companies joins 887 other organizations from 48 states, plus the District of Columbia, Guam, and Puerto Rico, that have demonstrated a strong commitment not only to hiring veterans, but also to ensuring they have access to long-term careers and professional development opportunities that leverage the diverse skills gained through military service.
Recipients of the 2025 HIRE Vets Medallion Award meet rigorous employment and veteran integration criteria, including veteran hiring and retention benchmarks; availability of veteran-specific resources; leadership development programs; dedicated human resources support; and competitive pay, benefits, and tuition assistance programs. Since 2019, more than 2,200 employers have earned a total of 5,371 HIRE Vets Medallion Awards nationwide.
