CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
In these unprecedented times, when many businesses are being impacted or affected by the Coronavirus, we know the transportation industry is an essential service and does not stop. From medical supplies, food, garbage and beyond, truck drivers are out there day in and day out ensuring deliveries across the country. America’s needs are met by trucks and truck drivers and we are here to support the industry.
All Blaine Brothers locations are open for business. We are fully staffed and prepared to keep you moving. Whether it’s parts, service, towing, sales, or mobile we are here to service you. Call or visit us today. Should you not want to visit a location or showroom we have several options for you.
For added convenience, we have moved up the launch of our e-commerce platform that offers multiple ways for our current B2B (business-to-business) customers to receive parts when placing an order, with local delivery and in-store pick-up available as well as shipments to anywhere in the US. Stocked with over 35,000 parts from carefully vetted suppliers, we are confident this will be a convenient solution for those that might need it. There will be separate email communications with more detail on how to access the site. And as always, feel free to call us to order parts at 800.833.3257 anytime.
Servicing our customers and putting additional precautions in place for our customers and employees continues to be our number one priority. Blaine Brothers has implemented no-contact pick-up and delivery options. This allows customers to give detailed instructions when placing an order to remove the need for direct contact if desired. Our entire staff has been fully trained on how to handle these requests. When placing an order, simply indicate any special instructions, the more specific, the better.
We have also implemented the following safety measurements at our facilities including cleaning and disinfecting common touch areas and public areas, wiping down all tools and equipment, cleaning all tools and not sharing them, wearing gloves, and increasing the use of hand-sanitizers and wipes.
Our team values in-person meetings and connections and we also respect the wishes of those that do not want to meet face to face. At this time, we will be encouraging virtual meetings, conference calls and webinars when possible while also providing space distancing in our facilities, showrooms, and breakrooms. Blaine Brothers has also suspended any unnecessary travel, tradeshows, group trainings, and events. But rest assured, we will continue to service you during this time with whatever you might need. “How we do things may change with the times, but our values don’t, and we look forward to resuming business as usual as soon as possible,” said Dean Dally, Blaine Brothers CEO.
Should you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact any one of our locations or your direct sales team member. We are continuing to monitor the developments and provide updates to these protocols as needed so you are fully informed.
